Was booked on a 14 day Viking River Cruise....5 days in they advised us that we needed to change ships as they had to adjust for their winter schedule. When the day came to change the ship could not get to our ship because of congestion in the locks and we were bussed to the new location 8 hours. Then second day on the new ship (Bragi) ships breaks and we now have our schedule adjusted and shorted as the ship cannot move at the same speed. The 3rd day the washrooms break and we cannot use them for a period of time. The kicker was we had to cut our cruise one day short so they could get the ship to dry dock for repair. That day we were on busses from 8 am unit 630 pm. The ship did not arrive back to pick us up until 8pm,

We spent an additional 15 hours on busses and our cruise was cut short. Our compensation was zero. But they did apologize.

For the $14,000 this trip cost I would warn anyone from taking a cruise with this line.
