Viking Cruises - Free Airfare = Red Eyes with 3 stops when Directs are available ?!?!?!?!
Unbelievable. We enjoy luxury travel so we thought we would try Viking Ocean Cruise Line.
They offered 2 for 1 cabin with free airfare. We hope it is luxury because the 2 for 1 in small penthouse cabin (400 sq ft) was still higher cost for two for other luxury ocean liners. Now we received our free flights that are a complete insult to luxury travel. Terrible !!
They expect us to take red eye and three flights with hour plus layovers to get from San Francisco to Montreal. I would laugh if I wasn't angry and disappointed. The return is a late flight with connection from NYC to San Francisco. Terrible.
I will be calling to complain and make a change ASAP and get a on board credit. I hope this isn't the beginning of complete disappointment.
