We were told three (3) times that our party of four would receive a credit of $500 per person if we did not use the Viking Air. Both my fiancรฉ' and myself witnessed the conversation.

When we asked for the credit, Viking Air denied this was stated and stated " the other representative was mistaken" They did NOTHING for us. I am so angry and I am not leaving on the cruise for ten months from now.

If Viking does not know how to train their staff to provide accurate information, than they need to stand behind the promises made by their staff.

I spent over seven hours talking to representatives and supervisors in cruise booking and Air travel. This will be my last cruise with Viking

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $1500.

Viking Cruises Cons: Customer service, Supervisor hung up on me.
